About S28

The S28 Business Center, developed by LJB Property, features two office buildings connected via an above-ground parking lot near Vilnius’s city center. The project emphasized sustainable and aesthetically pleasing design choices, striving to stand out by incorporating future-proof solutions that provide additional value for tenants.
LJB’s decision to construct a fully electrified parking became a significant project component.

The project

The S28 Business Center utilizes CityCharge V2 Plus chargers, each capable of delivering up to 44 kW (2×22 kW) of power through two Type 2 charging cables. All 88 charging stations, providing a total of 176 EV charging points, have been installed with dynamic load management. This functionality ensures efficient usage of the fluctuating available electricity from the building, optimizing the charging process for electric vehicles.

 

Elinta Charge EV charging stations are designed for long-lasting use with robust aluminum casings, high-quality industrial components, iconic designs, innovative tech solutions, power balancing, dynamic load management, DC monitoring, remote support, and diagnostics via the Elios.Cloud backend system.

The Result

The collaboration between Elinta Charge and the S28 Business Center resulted in one of Europe’s largest EV charging parking facilities. This solution made the property more future-proof and inclusive for various clients who require office space with parking.
