A new office building in Vilnius has recently opened its doors, housing 36 EV parking spots and 19 CityCharge M2 charging stations.

The Sand Offices business center has been designed in compliance with the BREEAM Excellent standards. This international building impact assessment and certification system ensures that the project meets the globally recognized requirements for a “green” building.
The business center offers 146 parking spaces for cars, 80 for bicycles, and 36 dedicated spots for electric vehicles, supporting the growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions.

The decision to include EV parking at Sand Offices was driven by future trends in urban mobility. The developers anticipate a steady rise in EV adoption in Vilnius, fueled by increasing environmental awareness and government incentives.
