If your trouble is not that complicated call center will be able to deal with your problems on it’s own. In more serious cases call center will transfer you to our technical support team members, who can solve the problem remotely or by simply arriving at the location. Worth mentioning that technical support team is only available on workdays from 8 AM to 5 PM (GMT + 2).
