Powering the Baltics and Poland with Enefit
The partnership between Elinta Charge and the green energy solutions company Enefit started back in 2019. Five years and many successful projects later, there are now close to 500 Elinta Charge charging stations operating under Enefit’s watch. We took the time to sit down with the General Manager of Enefit Lithuania, Vytenis Koryzna, and asked him to reflect on this long-lasting collaboration.
Looking for a durable AC charger
Stepping into the EV charger market for the first time, Enefit’s needs were simple – durable AC chargers fit for public use. After getting to know Elinta Charge’s product range, it soon became clear that the CityCharge product line was the right fit for their needs across various projects in the Baltics and Poland. “I guess the keywords that could define the product are durability and the ease of installation,” says the General Manager of Enefit Lithuania, Vytenis Koryzna.
“We are 100% confident in the quality and in the future-proof perspective.”

A solution that minimizes losses
Prioritizing the durability of an EV charger while choosing the right product allowed Enefit to maximize user satisfaction and cut costs in the long run. “We are 100% confident in the quality and in the future-proof perspective. So we know that the quality of the equipment is going to be long-lasting. We will not have any service issues. And that is how we are actually minimizing our operational costs. Also, the customer is getting a much smoother experience. So we are getting clear wins in all perspectives,” explains Vytenis.

Vision for the future
“The expectation is that we will be future-proof and those industrial components that are used in the product will allow us not only to provide the service smoothly and confidently but also to expand the service perhaps beyond charging. Because in the future, we are looking into the perspective of vehicle-to-grid services,” further explains Enefit Lithuania’s General Manager. Elinta Charge team is already working on ISO 15118, however our first priority is Plug & Charge which we will be releasing soon, V2G will come later on.
